At Minisetups, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer in shortest time.
1. Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Minisetups offers standard shipping for all orders. Standard shipping generally takes 15-30 days for delivery. We try to ship as quickly as possible.
- Number of Packages: Items may arrive in separate packages as they are often from multiple suppliers or locations.
2. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation for accuracy.
- Processing Time: Orders usually go out within 24hours of ordering if all the items are in stock, most times much quicker.If not, it'll be a week delay. However, during peak times (new releases and holidays) you will need to allow a couple more days for processing.

- Tracking Information: Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after you receive the tracking number.
